im not anyones afifliate manager (anymore) but i know who serge is ... even after he changes his nick every 4 months...
I make it a point to learn who everyone is...
what they do..
how well they do it...
and what is said about their practices...
youre right, it should be a mini course in every Affiliate managers job...
