Except for the streetwalker part that's 100% real Mr. Rogers. There is a segment where he was supposed to be playing "How People Make Harmonicas" but he ended up playing "How People make Hoes" (garden hoes).

Then Mr. MacFeeley, the delivery man, comes back and says how awful he feels about giving Mr. Rogers the wrong tape, and Mr. Rogers assures him that everyone makes mistakes and that Mr. MacFeeley is a very special delivery man.
