Why I left KSEX?

Here's a few reasons why I left KSEX. I kept my mouth shut and wanted to take the high road but when you post my real name and not adult industry stage name all over the net and then put out statements like what he made, it kinda pisses me off. I never "torpedoed" any relationships with sponsors. He did that all by himself as you will see below.

So industry, here's the juice you love. Everything below is documented and statements from any below sponsor, advertiser etc., can be given by contacting them directly as they all agreed to the be mentioned. The below is in random "I'm Pissed" order.

* When you send faxes to sponsors like Sex Date Network with different dates then what they agreed upon with their signatures on it, renews contracts without telling them then say its an accident..... Its time to leave ( emails and IM conversations )

* When a sponsor like Lucky Ass signs a contract but then has major financial problems and may lose his home and you tell him you will sue him for $5000...... its time to leave ( emails and Instant messenger conversations )

* When you tell your Program Director Rainy and Assis. Program Director Soxxx that a monkey could do your job...its time to leave. ( they dont need to be told how to run the company from an Insurance agent from Maryland )

* When your employees tell you they need a check because its Christmas time and you are vacationing in Hawaii and you tell them you will get it to them 2 days earlier then planned and its still will be a week late and "anything else is cumbersome"......its time to leave ( email )

* When I was doing Public Relations, Sales, SEO, daily website updating, running KSEX radio etc., and then told if I left it would just be a step back....its time to leave ( company is doing so well now isnt it ? )

Should I go on....OK

* When you brag about how you "sue people for sport"...its time to leave ( email )

* When you send someone a contract to become a partner and then make a public statement that I was only given a title to make myself feel better and was never a partner...its time to leave ( for the record, I refuse to sign anything with him but have full contracts sent to me to become a 50% partner and emails to staff saying Im his partner )

* When you bring in sponsors to get a company that since he took over was losing money and get it to almost a breakeven...and you blow the deals......its time to leave ( read below )

* When you interfere with a deal with the UFC to have them have our ( KSEX ) girls escorting fighters into the ring wearing KSEX t-shirts and will be on Pay Per View and DVD's and you send the owner a picture of your asshole and tell him to go fuck himself and blow the deal...its time to leave ( names can be provided if needed but don't think you want to speak with them )

* When you send everyone I spoke to a letter saying "Hi, I'm the owner" and they have no clue who you are ...its time to leave ( emails to individuals, corps etc., )

* When you lie and tell sponsors that KSEX is getting 400,000 unique visitors a day to the site and it doesn't get 4000....its time to leave ( email to Lucky Ass )

* When a server breaks that I have been paying for and you don't want to pay half only $500 to fix it and say you don't think KSEX Radio is that important part...its time to leave ( email to me )

* When you take away a time slot of someone like Powder who has done more for KSEX then just about anyone and give it to Porno Dan for a horrible show giving money away ... its time to leave

* When a friend of an employee breaks their ass to build your studio so you can have it done by June 1st and then you don't pay him in full and make him a settlement....its time to leave ( emails to contractor )

* When you tell your Program Director and Assistant how to do their job when you don't have a clue...its time to leave

* When you are so ignorant you send a possible sponsor an email saying how stupid they are when you meant to send me the email and they read it and tell you to go fuck yourself and you blow the deal .... it's time to leave ( email but would rather not say who )

* When you think you know how to write a press release in an industry you have no clue about .... its time to leave

* When a sponsor sends in an email asking for another package and you tell me to pull their ads even though they are paid til Jan 1st... its time to leave ( Pink Visual email )

* When you write to a paying member of the website for 5+ years and a loyal supporter and tell him off because you don't like what he said in the chat room....its time to leave ( email on website )

Is that enough? Pretty strange how Sex Date Network, Girls Gone Wild, Pink Visual, Clips 4 Sale, Lucky Ass etc have all cancelled their sponsorships after I left isn't it? Mark, John, Kim, Neil and Teddy are all pretty much on a first name basis with me and I speak to most of them daily via phone or instant messenger. This industry is very tight and for all the daily bullshit involved when push comes to shove we always have each others backs. The original owner of KSEX is turning over in his grave and having someone like this run this company and destroy its name is a disgrace. People, including myself loved that company and it has been destroyed because of people like him...in my opinion of course!

This will be the last press release regarding this ever from me as everything is stated above. Im not going to give him any more pathetic press that he so desperately needs.
