Yep! I was a bartender part time at a crappy local bar. Just mainly slinging beer. Met a girl who managed a trendy, upscale club in town and she hired me to work that place. That was a nightmare. I never imagined it would be that much more difficult in a club. I was used to pouring schooners and making Jack & Cokes or even the occasional screwdriver or bloody mary.
I went from a white trash cheers type place with maybe 50 patrons on a busy day to a trendy college club with a capacity of almost 1000. That first night was hell "HUH?!?! Buttery Nipple?!?! You're kidding, right?!?".
