yes they are all good points
HOWEVER - when u have kids that are home schooled they need stability and routine.
Having a house on wheels is a way to ensure they are in a familiar environment and it will not disrupt their studies and lifestyle too much.
Plus I LOVE being on the road going for long drives that alone is worth it ;)
