What Milan said, basically when we were in the market 18 months ago I tried to get information on the device from Avaya from it's Routscience acquisition but was unsuccessful in receiving any current contact or product information from their sales department.
Internap had been persuing us for quite some time, flown out, done a demonstration and offered an evaluation period. Their installed base of customers lended great credibility and we ultimately decided that their product was the best fit, even though we really couldn't find anything else on the market to compare it to.
