I don't know if you're including Brazilian guys, but I think they're hot. I have an instructor who is Brazilian and he's a really laid back guy. Sometimes we'll be doing something and he'll be telling me something near my ear and then he'll spout off something in Portuguese. It pretty much makes life worth living.
