easier said than done. Tried that last night when i was thinking too damn much, pretty much about life and shit that really didnt make me relax and i tried to not think and relax but i couldnt. Went to bed 4am, and was half asleep for the whole time til about 1pm when i got out. I think i need some fucking valium or something, or just get drunk every day.
