Ever seen any of the Guinea Pig movies? Charley Sheen (he's a tool) seen one of them and reported it to FBI cause it was so realistic he had no doubt that was a real snuff movie. Guinea Pig are a series of Japanese gore movie form the 80s. They were pretty good considering they were made in the 80s.
BTW - when Charley Sheen tool reported it to the FBI, the movies became famous and made the creators a lot of money. That was the best PR those guys could have possibly asked for.
