I have sent 100's of wires from the same bank account to Epassporte over the last 3 years and never had problems until recently....I got some clown sitting in the other end in customer service for business accounts that is totally clueless.
His last claim is now: "
You may request to have the funds retracted from your bank and then resent the wire, or you may contact you bank"
I mean he sits in a micro payment company and does not know it is next to impossible to "retract" a wire once it has left the account
And he ends all his mails with "
Your reply I wait remain,"
I used to be very happy with Epassporte until this mastermind showed up.....
Wire was sent 17th of december...
Anybody has another email to contact for business accounts ?
