most of the time when you look closely you will see that the same performers appear over and over in those very violent scenes... sometimes the girls are lesser known bondage/bdsm models. sometimes they come from a pool of girls from somewhere in eastern europe (i think) and these seem to be done by one or two companies who have a recognizable style of filming things.
