Sleep deprevation on Es is the same as speed. Dick shrinkage is also similar, tho less pronounced. You will wanna fuck all night on a good E, so make your choice. I've heard a lovey E in the club to pull on then a speed bomb up the arse to fuck on is kinda fun.
I quit all this kinda shit 12 years ago after ~3yrs in that scene. I never abused it, but would never do it again - far too tiring on the body!
