Wow, now you have to use an image that Pleasepays stold and photochopped? Do you have an original idea in your head? FYI I do not hold the copyright on that picture. An adult company here in Phoenix does and they are pissed about it being stolen. So I would suggest you stop posting it too, or I will pass your info on to them for using it as well.
