Because surfers hate that shit, and the signups reflect it through testing. Why would you try to penalize people who want to pay you? Think about what your own reaction would be ... insulted? "well, fuck them then..." and then you get $0. Just because they buy porn doesn't make them dumb (and I say that despite some of the support emails I have to deal with everyday). It's perfectly reasonable for some to be wary of rebills after being jerked around before. For me, millions of hits have proven that you make more money these days NOT trying to play tricks with your customers, and we've converted many affiliates way of thinking on that. I'll take 3x the signups instead. Webmasters complaining about diminishing ratios need to take a look at their own business practices before blaming it all on torrents and tube sites.
