perhaps some are paying $30 but i doubt it's much more than that, as I am sure even prime backbone pipe would flexuate at that bulk.
if you ever did a advertising campaign for a fortune 500 company, you realize the results come long term in regards to the financial gains..
spending 15 million now, for $5m/year of market share later....
in three years money is back and business is good....
this is what the VODs are trying today... they can take back the industry by offering everything, can care less what happens to industry, because they feel in 3 years the amount of people on their vod will be enough to survive...
risky and pathetic business, but then again, porn masters not always the brightest bunch in the class.... As stated earlier... it will be death of industry..and by industry i mean affiliate industry.... some who i said this to before maybe took it as "porn industry"
The sponsors are seeing now they have materials to give away and capture big percentage of market looking short term, not realizing the problems seen long turn which I have forseen which will lead to many companies you know today, being broken apart in the next 3 years.. and once this happens the affiliate base will not return, because there will be no money, and no support
and greed takes ever, and hurting hurts more..
VOD value will decrease to $.05/m from the $1.94/m they charge now
as you can alreadys ee they are changing from PPM to $9.95/m to $19.95 bulk memberships.... which is worse revenue than a paysite, so the affiliate base is gone, and as funds get tight and everyone gets their 5% of the tube market.. blam.. self destruct time
