My scum of the earth step mother was diagnosed with some extremely rare form of cancer. There were only a little over 2k recorded cases of it so the Dr's really weren't too sure about her. She continued smoking the whole time...my family had fund raisers for her and she would sit out there with a scarf on her bald head while burning away. Then the bitch beat it, 5 years later she's still clear but Dr's told her she would more than likely never ever ever be able to have children.
