We (my server admin and my cc processor admin) have been working closely for over a week now trying to figure this out and are still unsuccessful.

NEW users are unable to gain access to my site even though they paid for it. Old users do not have a problem, nor do users using ccbill or verotel, it's only through Epoch.

We have checked the paths and the password file in the members area and all is fine.

I think I have had this happen before but don't remember what the cause was.

ANY help would be SO very much appreciated!
