Skeptical about finding someone on GFY but searching on a lot of places. We want to hire a designer on either a short term (90 days~) or long term contract. We do not have a budget and are more concerned with high quality for a fair price.

Do not post in this thread if you do not meet the following requirements:

* fully capable of modern design, not 1990s photoshop slicing with token graphics
* focus on web 2.0 style simplicity and usability with tasteful layouts
* expert level css
* javascript/ajax knowledge and experience
* excellent knowledge of smarty

If you do meet these requirements and are available immediately for work and want to do a fun project please respond to this thread with your portfolio or email webmaster at webcams.com.
