the article explains how there have been several hoaxes like this over the years , i suspect the picture you posted is following that myth.
The barebones of it is that they are just as morally opposed to eating children as we would be.
it certainly doesnt take place commonly. if it did indeed happen it was likely just as rare as jeffrey dahmer
