most of them yes.. it's totally legal..(providing they have a license) also it's likely the "one type of beer" was non-alcoholic
you go to the cross if you want seedy/semi-seedy strip joints with the ability to fuck upstairs. If you want a good stripclub go to platinum or the men's gallery (not in the cross) but you only get private dances so you then have to go to one of the better brothels for release
