I'm not sure if you're being serious but I'll assume you are.
You need to ease yourself in to it. I'm 34 and between running, weights and martial arts I train 4 hours a day 6 days a week. I didn't start off doing that all at once though. Getting a personal trainer, even if just for the first little while, really is an excellent idea.
There's things that you just can't learn watching people at the gym or reading magazines. Proper form is about the most important thing and you really need someone to show you how to do specific exercises. It's also a big help having a routine made for you that you can understand and works well for your body.
Remember, you don't have to look like a body builder. You'll sleep better, improve your health, lessen your risk for heart diseas and a host of other benefits just by following a reasonable work out schedule.
