We can all say thank you to John for this. I'm sorry but he knew of it in October and did not fix it. It might be that others told him of the problem earlier and he denied or ignored it.
So before you shoot the message bearer remember, it's not his fault this thing exploded. Unless you think the solution to a problem is to hide or deny it exists.
