The russians are nasty little pricks when it comes to currency.
When I was in Russia and wanted to change a 20 Euro bill, they rejected it because it had a tiny scratch.
What do we learn from this? Always print fresh money when you go to Russia.
Btw, 500 rubles ($20) is what I got offered for sex by a teenage girl, too.
