Were you baiting them looking for a legal fight. Seems to me that is what you did with John. Since you have been in so many court cases are you a "rebel" type or do you actually profit from them and that is how you make money?
Again what do you do in the adult industry? Do you own an adult website, send traffic as an affiliate, something else ?

Ameritech WAS contacted before the story was published. They did not return calls or e-mails to their corporate office. They deny ever being contacted. The legal fight was already underway, they were already bitching internally about the use of the ameritechcable.com domain and already had the site on their radar to shut down, and a friend of mine had been holding ameritechdsl.com (long before most people even knew what DSL service was) and he pointed it at my site and then we both decided to make it a public issue.
