I'm sure RAM is a no-show for Vegas...too bad because this year is gonna be better with the new format of the show. And no, RAM ain't black from the waist down. He turned into a porn star a few years ago and his penis has been all over the net.
He's a great guy and a lot of fun to party with. Here's hoping he will make it back to the States in the near future to party with his friends again.
