i am pretty sure the last time you posted that I brought up the example of Jack in the Box selling hamburgers that had bad meat and lots of people got sick and some died. Yeah I am sure that was great press for them. I bet their sales went up the next day
While 80 - 90% of bad press could be used in a good way, its definetly not the case 100% of the time. Also "any press" tends to be better for companies with a small market share who is just trying to get their name out there. In the case of NATS this is bad press. They already had a nice share of the market and the people who didn't use them knew about them. Do you really see this turning out to be " good press " for them. What do you think more people will start using them now then people who will stop because of this.
