I'm not here to address this guy anymore as this is clearly a legal matter at this point (I don't see how anyone can say they would do anything different), however I do wish to address something regarding TMM.
Should TMM ever go out of business (which I can guarantee you it will not as a result of whatever this guy has invented in his head) clients will not be left out in the cold.
For years we have maintained both our source code and a client list in escrow with our attorneys. Should we go out of business (which again, we won't) the source code would be distributed to all clients allowing them to continue forward.
Again, you should have no concern at all about us going out of business, especially in this case, but should that ever happen you are protected.
