So putting power in the hands of 50 state governments = less people to corrupt? I, for some reason, believe your math is flawed.
You're only kidding yourself if you think big money wont just be shifted from the federal to the state level. Corruption is just as bad at the state level. Let's add more money and less federal oversight and see what we end up with shall we?
