All you fools who keep complaining about epass...don't like it DONT FUCKING USE THEM...fucksakes it's a private company, if they want to take half a year off then thats their business.
Seriously it's the same guys complaining every damn time...sorry that some of you wont get your $70 this xmas on time...maybe you should have opted for checks and seen if you would have gotten those on time during the holidays.
