Set the precedent in Ohio and got it declared a violation so that over 100 others cases could be filed. The judge struck out #1 because he felt (incorrectly) that municipal civil courts did not have the power to issue injunctions. It was not worth appealing given the circumstances. The goal was to establish the precedent as soon as possible so that over 100 other cases (some mine, some others) could be filed and litigated. The pizza case was the test balloon. There is a reason why its on file at the AGs office and the others are not.
