pretty much if someone defaces your front door in that fashion you can pick and chose what charges you want to bring on them and the judge will not argue one bit....trust me, I threw a bag of shit on someones door once and they got me with ALL kinds of charges...which eventually got knocked down to misdemeanors, but it still sucked
