Where would you buy it?

I have teen amateur stuff....

A friend of mine wants to buy some traffic and promote our sites. If you were going to spend $1000 on a banner ad... where would you spend it to get the highest return?

The Hun? I know you can get a 30 day banner add from him for a grand.

Amateur Index? ( we convert like mad from them.. under 1:100 on most days.)

Any others?

We will be buy this traffic tonight or tomorrow.

Please give me good suggestions.
