Aaron brought up a good point... About the IDs... If you are truly paranoid then you should be shooting your own content and having a law enforcement agent checking the models IDs.
If the girl looks underage and all you have is a blown up photo copy, how are you to know that it is was valid ID to start with? You don't. You are relying on your content provider to use due dilligence to inspect their ID, and maintain records..
It is the content producers responsibility to maintain these records.
If there was a question then I would be happy to provide a blanked out copy for a customer of mine.
The big rule is do business with people that are here long term, and are willing to be professional. If you buy content from someone who just talked his girlfriends out of their clothes and you only paid $10 for 1000 images and you aren't sure where the guy is from, you are going to get what you pay for... That almost always holds true!
