Most of the islands are English-speaking farkedup - and no relevant personal taxation (or corp taxation, tho with minor variances). Most of Latin America also has no applicable taxation on "foreign earnings" - ie webmaster revenue.
Traditional places like Bermuda and Caymen are all kinda overpriced "condo world" - they used to have plenty to offer, but have become more "cultivated". Sadly that "condo world" is also coming to Costa Rica and Panama and starting to screw these countries up, but a few of the other islands are still OK - they just don't have enough land for sale and that keeps "civilization" subdued.
