Those who are truley confident in their own abilities and accomplishments are rarely the type to advertise it.
Most often, and probably in your case, those who scream loudest about their greatness are usually doing so from the sidelines.
Just so you know, even if you manage to convince one or two people on the Internet how great you are with women, it's still not going to change the fact that you're not in real life.
