I took a look at the site, and have couple suggestions. Discount them if you do not think they apply.
You can monetize this site and idea in a large way, in my opinion. There is a similar example in another field at voice123 dot com. The idea is to make the talent pay to maintain a membership, a low fee, but enough to cover bandwidth.
Then take it national. The pool in LA knows each other or someone who knows each other. Get outside LA and we as content producers rely on craigslist and word of mouth. And a few crappy modeling sites.
If the talent pays, and content shooters do not, the talent has motivation to show up and do a quality shoot. You think LA is a rough place for flaky models? Try Des Moines or Pawtucket. I am in Florida, which is somewhat better, but still dicey.
That's one suggestion.
The other would be to blindbox the info in some aspect and either charge a member fee or collect a referral. There must be a way.
I think the national model makes more sense though. You can possibly monetize talent before they ever reach LA and even set up a referral/introduction service with the major agencies. If a talent proves reliable in Miami, you can probably expect them to do so in LA. And with your connections, introduce them to a few agents in return for, maybe, a premium member fee or something.
Your idea is full of possibilites.
Please take it national. Shooters in other states are strangled by ill defined rates and unreliable models.
