Ok, found an interesting article on another board about this.
Still pretty 'grey' in regards to whether or not webmasters as secondary producers are required to maintain, because as the law is written it seems pretty clear, but between a few courts and a few well known internet lawyers, they're opinion seems to differ from the writings of the law MAKERS...
