Are those the same attorneys that said it was OK to charge undisclosed 'kill fees' even though there was no written contract or discussion of such 'kill fees' before the contract was initiated?
Somehow your attorneys credibility is in question if thats what he advised you to do, or maybe his contract law is not so good?
