Yup, it's not that hard to tell if someone is being genuine or is trying to fuck around.
Also, proactively APPROACHING people to find out more about them may not be as bad as you think. Guys that don't approach women may turn out to be far more genuine and less playerish than the ones who do
And if you think it's "man's job" to talk to you then don't be pissed if 90% of those are only interested in a quick fuck.
