I have a ready solution, that I've been saving for some time. It can redirect by either referrer URL, browser version, default browser language, or geo location. Of course you can change the order of that. The software has a ready plug and play install interface and GeoIP db auto update feature. 1 copy allows you to use it on all your domains (or at least the hosted ones on that very same server).
