Wow thanks everyone, that's all in a days work If I didn't give great personal attention to every part of all my businesses I wouldn't sleep so well at night.

Keeping friends and clients like all of you so happy allows me to not spend any money on marketing (except the one ad here) and get a steady flow of referrals from satisfied customers, too, which is great because we can pile everything right into support and building our infrastructure
