I'd highly recommend a banning for a combination of the following:
1) Posting pics of children on a porn forum
2) Insulting a child
3) Ignorant racist comments
4) And all of this, not just in reply to a post, but he started a thread to spew his shit.
If GFY feels this complete loser of a human deserves to remain a part of the "community", then I will choose not to. Not a threat - no one cares if I stay or go - but enough is enough.
Mods, man up and show the board that complete idiots like this don't deserve a place to voice their garbage.
