since that incident two years ago the shipping policy has changed at oxeo, we are now using original shipping materials from dell to ship equipment to avoid any shipping problems. Again, I do apologize for this and I would still like to extend my offer to you. I'm certain that given the opportunity, we can make right on past events and move towards a mutually beneficial future.
