I think the part about pain management is bullshit.
Too many times sex has caused back pain, not relieved it.
Fucking hate it when it takes almost 2 hours, sometimes longer to bust my nut & my backs fucking killing me.. meanwhile my wife's fucking having 3 or 4 or more orgasms while I'm fucking pumping away wanting to get it over with
