If you want to learn to dance in nightclubs then just spend a few nights watching the dance floor and working out what the obviously good dancers are doing, then go home and copy that. Men aren't expected to do much in the way of flashy moves in a club, in fact you look like a dick if you do. You just need to express confidence and physical co-ordination, but the club dance floor is really the girls' place to shine. As long as you can make them look good... you'll get laid.
