Top right. You can't see the text clear enough in Top Left. Which some of you guys are forgetting, is important.
Red on red. Bad.
White on red. Clean.
I don't like the circle ... it could be cool, but the texture on it is too crainy. Not high quality enough. It looks pasted on. Doesn't flow with the 3d feel of the actual circle. Doing some work on that would be a good idea.
Overall tho ... I like the feel of it. The whole red, black and white thing is right up my alley
