It makes sense to get a lawyer to write it up, even if it ends up being similar, because you need someone to make sure you are covering all your bases. You don't want to find out down the line that the TOS you copied didn't, and you're screwed.
Besides, you probably need other paperwork anyway, like 2257, warning page, TOS, privacy statements, etc.
