I am toying quite seriously with the idea of selling my program and site or joining up with someone for a strategic partnership.

The site has been going for about 18 months and the affiliate program only a couple of months so it is building up nicely currently converts between 1:60 as a average.

The site has 99% exclusive content all shot in house and is taking $xxx,xxx a year and has a good hardcore of recurring sales and members click the link in the sig to view the site.
