The explanation on another webboard from someone who asked the 1099 question basically said that WE hired ccbill or ibill to do a service for us, that technically we should send them a 1099 for their service fee.
So, which way do we look at it? I made 100k gross, they took 15%, did I make 100k with 15k in expenses? Or did I make 85k? *numbers made up
