Try not assuming so much - don't think for one moment that I spend my time tracking CIA flights. This was part of a coding project and nothing to do with "CIA flights" in particular.
And to the guy who thinks this is a party (Damian Maxcash) - no, these are no "parties". The whole aura involves scum whether they are drug dealers or involved with any security agency.
